At Motorheads, we carefully inspect your trailer for wiring problems such as the one found at left. The pictures show that this brand new trailer had serious defects. The factory had not only wired the electric brake to the brake power line, but an extra brake feed line was pinched between the axle flange and brake backing plate - grounding out the entire electric brake system and rendering it useless.
